• Since the group is active daily it is recommended to join via the digest or the no mail version. These two methods of receiving posts will prevent your email box from overloading.
• If you join via no mail, you will need to log into the site to view the messages.  You will need to log in with your email address and password on the upper right hand corner.  Once you are logged in, you will see the blue member's menu box on the left hand side.  Click the link for messages there.  You can reply to posts on the site at anytime. 
• You need to log in to view messages because this site is password protected so that only members only can view messages.  This will prevent spam from getting to member's email addresses. 
• The links provided on the left hand side on the main page are just links to other areas on amyrdh.com that have communication between Dental Hygienists, but they are not the lister's messages.  Again, you need to log into www.amysrdhlist.com with your email address and password in order to view any messages from group members.

  This group is very active daily. If you choose individual email setting you will receive an average of 25-75 INDIVIDUAL emails a day.  Please consider choosing digest email setting which puts 25 messages into one email or no mail setting where you come to the site here to check messages. These are the best subscription choices if you do not check your email daily. You need to manually change the button to digest or no mail subscription.  The default is individual, please make note of this as you are subscribing.
